The title and features of the displayed information sheets are relevant to the selected domicile and comply with the provisions of the Swiss Financial Services Act (FinSA) and the European Union (EU) Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II).

For you, i.e. the bank customer, the product information sheets are provided only for informational purposes and may not be construed as an offer or recommendation.

Your bank cooperates with suitable, established partners in the information market, so that the latest available product information sheets (in the language versions GER, FR, IT and EN) can be provided to you in high quality. Your bank does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of these documents and accordingly it cannot be held liable. The information in the sheets is always relevant at the time of publication or posting of the respective product information sheets. The issuers reserve the right to make changes thereafter and may do so at any time. This website is intended solely for customers of banks that are members of the ESPRIT network, as is your bank, to enable access to product information sheets with regard to a service provided by your bank.
